To the question of the criminalist classification of crimes against justice

The article discusses issues related to the criminalistic classification of crimes against justice. Various approaches and criteria for classification existing today in the theory of forensics are analyzed. It is concluded that the existing gaps in forensic science that relate to forensic classification are one of the main reasons for the existence of such a large number of forensic classifications of crimes against justice in domestic legal science and literature.
