On the issue of municipal service within the framework of the public administration system of the Russian Federation

Within the framework of this research work, some practical and legal issues of municipal service in the Russian Federation were considered, in particular, issues of municipal service in the context of public administration of the Russian Federation, and some tools for improving the institute of municipal service were proposed for consideration. The relevance of the research topic is predetermined by the essential importance of the institution of municipal service within the framework of the concept of any democratic state. The authors believe that the introduction of some legal and qualification innovations is able to record a positive increase in the number of personnel applying for municipal service.
