On the issue of some powers of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings and proceedings in cases of administrative offenses

This article examines some of the powers of the prosecutor in the criminal process and consideration of cases of administrative offenses, as well as the relationship between the functions of criminal prosecution and prosecutorial supervision. Prosecutorial powers in criminal proceedings and administrative proceedings have an important status within the framework of ensuring legality and protecting public interests, are based on the same principles, and have similar institutions. Both criminal and administrative processes are based on common principles and have similar institutions, which explains the similarity in matters of the status and powers of the prosecutor during supervision. The author proposes the introduction of appropriate amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences concerning the act of the prosecutor.
