To the question of some problems of realization of personal rights and freedoms of a human and a citizen

This article discusses some issues regarding the implementation of personal rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Russian Federation. The relevance of the research topic is characterized by the degree of dependence of the realization of personal rights of citizens on the effective implementation of legal regulation by authorized bodies within the framework of emerging legal relations. At present, the structure of public relations is being continuously reformed, which causes certain difficulties in identifying gaps and contradictions and further eliminating them in this legislation. The author of the article analyzes some aspects of ensuring the personal rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in the Russian Federation, in order to draw a correlation between the theoretical and practical aspects in this area of law. The need for timely updating of legislation remains an unresolved issue, since rule-making does not have time to adapt to the rapidly changing realities of society.
