On the issue of pedagogical support for the formation of readiness for conflict resolution of cadets of training centers

The military environment is characterized by a high degree of conflict in relations, which is explained by a rigid hierarchy, an authoritarian style of management, regulation of activities, the need to adapt to changing conditions, and other factors that increase the conflict potential of the environment. Special requirements are imposed on the work of officers who work with cadets of training centers and perform training, educational and socializing functions. The analysis of the scientific literature carried out by the authors showed, that there are practically no studies on working with conflicts in training centers for conscripts. This category of military personnel has its own specifics that affect the development of conflict in a military unit. The article substantiates the need to develop a model for the formation of readiness to resolve conflicts among cadets of training centers, its methodology, the content of methodological support (technologies, methods, forms, means). In the course of the work, categorical-conceptual, structural-functional analysis, the Methodological complex of the survey “Adaptiveness 2” (MLO), СР-45, a 16-factor personality questionnaire have been used.
