On the question of the concept and features of the application of law

The study of law enforcement as a form of realization of law today is one of the conditions for increasing the effectiveness of regulation of public relations in the context of building a partnership model of interaction between society and the state. The authors, analyzing the existing approaches of legal scholars to the definition of law enforcement, summarize their opinions, offer their own definition of the concept of "application of law", which, in their opinion, briefly reveals the essence and content of law enforcement, as well as formulate and substantiate conclusions regarding the issues under consideration.
