On the question of the concept and signs of legal relations

The study of legal relations as a theoretical and legal category today is one of the conditions for increasing the effectiveness of regulating public relations in the context of building a partnership model of interaction between society and the state. The authors, analyzing the existing approaches of legal scholars to understanding legal relations and considering their features, distinguish two groups of signs of legal relations, and also propose a definition of the concept of "legal relationship", which in their opinion briefly reveals the essence and content of legal relations.
