To the question of the concept and significance of the ideological mechanism of environmental protection

This article provides a brief description of the ideological mechanism of environmental protection. It explains its understanding as a system of tools (the main of which are environmental education, education and enlightenment), the use of which in the management of environmental protection and nature management contributes to the creation of moral and ethical foundations for the action of environmental law. Its importance is substantiated as a fundamental mechanism along with administrative and economic protection mechanisms.
