On the question of the concept of "legal responsibility"

The article raises the question of understanding the legal category "legal responsibility". This question is interesting because there is no single concept of "legal responsibility" in modern Russian legislation, as well as in the legal literature. The article presents and analyzes the opinions of legal scientists Vlasova T.V., Morozova L.A., Kolotkina O.A., Senyakina I.N., Rassolova M.M. It also offers its own concept of "legal responsibility". In addition, the basic principles of legal responsibility as an intersectoral institute of law are revealed.
