On the question of the concept of the quality of investigation of criminal cases

The article discusses some theoretical problems of the quality of criminal investigation. Based on the analysis of the norms of the criminal procedure law and the approaches existing in science to understanding the quality of the investigation, separate recommendations aimed at improving it are formulated, as well as criteria for assessing the quality of the investigation of criminal cases are determined. The author's understanding of the quality of criminal investigation is substantiated.
