On the concept «criminological juvenile recidivism» and taking into account its characteristics

The available statistical data on juvenile recidivism are presented in the article; the concept and types of recidivism of juvenile crimes are analyzed; the author’s concept of «criminological juvenile recidivism» is proposed as well as the need for statistical registration of criminological recidivism of juvenile crimes is substantiated in the article.
