To the question of the concept of "illegal hunting": the problem of criminal legislation and proposals for its improvement

The article is devoted to a detailed analysis of the concept of "illegal hunting". During the analysis the author reveals the actual problem of legal regulation regarding the absence of an official definition of illegal hunting, which often leads to difficulties in the legal application of article 258 of the criminal code. In the first stage of this analysis focuses directly on the nature of "hunting", the second stage analyzes the opinions of some researchers on the concept of "illegal hunting", a distinction was drawn between "illegal hunting" and "violation of rules of hunting", in which the author has the ability to open exactly interesting concept.
