That is why the theory of state and law is considered a fundamental science that forms a systematic way of thinking, contributing to the understanding and perception of legal structures. Interactive teaching methods are currently being actively used to facilitate the transfer of theoretical knowledge. Quiz technologies represent one of the modern forms of in-teractive learning. The use of quasi-technologies in the study of theoretical and legal science contributes to the formation of students’ cognitive activity and interest in fur-ther study of state-legal reality, its basic concepts and categories. Quiz technologies are aimed at creating positive motivation for further study of jurisprudence in general, as well as at the formation of universal competencies.
