On the issue of the legal basis of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of legislation

Within the framework of this article, the peculiarities of the procedure for the implementation of the supervisory function of the prosecutor's office, some issues of legal regulation of constitutional rights with the participation of prosecutors are considered. The relevance of the research topic is characterized by the need to improve the institution of supervisory measures in relation to subordinate state bodies within the framework of administrative legislation, as well as the significant impact of this institution on the effectiveness of ensuring the constitutional rights of citizens. Moreover, attention should be paid to the optimization of the regulatory framework, in terms of determining the powers attributed to the territorial bodies exercising supervisory functions. Effective regulation of administrative legal relations, including certain aspects of the legal mechanism within the institution, is a fundamental provision for the creation of a developing civil society. It is necessary to establish a clear interpretation of regulations containing provisions on the exercise of supervisory functions by the prosecutor's office. Within the framework of this scientific work, the author of the article analyzes some aspects of the legal regulation of prosecutorial supervision of the activities of state bodies, determines the specifics of the implementation of prosecutorial response measures, makes a comparison between the theoretical and practical sides of this issue.
