On the legal nature of the bank account agreement in Russian civil law

The article examines the characteristic features of the legal nature of a bank account agreement in the Russian Federation. The positions of scientists regarding the different legal nature of such a treaty have been investigated. Revealed discussions about the publicity of such a contract. The author concluded that the treaty was consensual, retaliatory and bilateral. Such an agreement is not public.
