To the question of the legal nature and legal regulation of inheritance by will

In this article, the authors analyze the legal nature of the institution of inheritance by will in retrospect, note that despite the difference in historical eras, the successive nature of the legal regulation of this institution is preserved to a certain extent in Russian law. The authors carried out a consistent analysis of scientific research in this area, considered various points of view of civil scientists, formulated their own vision of the legal nature of this phenomenon.
