On the question of legal regulation of reproductive rights in the Russian Federation

The content of the term "assisted reproductive technologies" is disclosed. The drawbacks of regulating the reproductive rights of single men and unmarried persons have been identified. Proposals have been developed for changing legislation in the field of reproductive rights in order to provide effective legal guarantees for the implementation of the right to use assisted reproductive technologies. The article analyzes the consolidation of the right to artificial termination of pregnancy in the legislation of the Russian Federation.
