On the issue of the legal regime of ownerless real estate

The article analyzes the actual socio-legal problem of mismanagement of real estate. The author identifies the reasons why certain real estate objects may remain without owners, analyzes the social threats that appear in connection with these objects, and also considers the differences between mismanaged and frozen objects, ways and possibilities of transformation of mismanaged objects.
