On the legal regime of environmental entrepreneurship

Based on the analysis of legislation and doctrinal points of view, the article concludes that the formation of a special legal regime for environmental entrepreneurship has begun, the key element of which is the criteria for classifying entrepreneurial activity as environmental entrepreneurship. It is proposed to include the goal of carrying out environmental entrepreneurship (environmental protection) and the share of profit from such activities in the composition of the company's entire profit aimed at protecting the environment. The article also discusses the possibility of classifying environmental entrepreneurship as social entrepreneurship.
