More on legal aspects of preventing suicidal behavior among children and teenagers of risk group

The article is devoted to the study of some legal aspects of prevention of suicidal behavior of children and adolescents at risk. The article is prepared on the basis of the investigative practice of the USK of the Russian Federation in Buryatia Buryatia and sociological research conducted in schools of the Republic of Buryatia in September-October 2018. The applied and theoretical provisions on the social nature of suicidal behavior received within the framework of the conducted researches are of special scientific interest from the point of view of law, psychology, sociology, social work, can influence the system of monitoring and development of mechanisms of preventive work of suicidal behavior of children and teenagers.
