This article examines the relationship between the principle of good faith and the concept of estoppel in law. The principle of good faith is fundamental in legal practice, ensuring honest and fair behavior of participants in legal relations. Estoppel, in turn, serves as a mechanism to prevent contradictory behavior that could harm the other party. The author explores the theoretical foundations and practical application of both concepts, focusing on their complementarity. The article analyzes examples from judicial practice demonstrating how good faith and estoppel work together to protect the rights and interests of the parties.
