On the issue of adopting amendments to the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation»

This article examines the amendments to the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation», adopted by the State Duma on December 6, 2023. Amendments to this law were adopted in connection with the development of technology, the growth of conflict situations between teachers and students, the growth of conflict situations between students, the requirements for the labor education of students, the education of patriotism among young people, ensuring greater access to educational services for students with disabilities. On February 29, 2024, the proposed amendment on consistent approach to the education for children with health limitations and disabled children was adopted in the 1st reading. On February 27, 2024, it was decided to place the flag of the Russian Federation in all educational institutions.
