To the question of the problems and prospects of improving writ production in the Russian Federation

In this article, the author examines the concept of writ proceedings and the purpose of its use in civil proceedings of the Russian Federation, highlights its advantages and disadvantages and studies the current problems of this type of production in the modern period, provides possible ways to eliminate these problems, recommendations for their elimination, analyzes the prospects for improving the effectiveness of this type of production in civil proceedings.
