On the problems of the realization of the legal status of the person in the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to analysis of problems of realization of legal position (status) of personality as a complex, integrative category, which reflects the whole spectrum of relations between citizen and state, personality and legal system, other social ties. The authors point out that the correct representation of the individual of his or her situation, rights and obligations, guarantees of their realization and responsibility for violation of legal norms is extremely important.
