On the problem of preserving legal identity in the context of globalization of legal systems

The relevance of the topic of this study is due to the transformation of legal systems taking place under the influence of globalization. The article discusses the issue of the possibility of preserving the legal identity of subjects of public relations in the context of the transformation of national legal systems, and the prospects for the formation of a single global legal system. The author analyzes the concept of legal identity and highlights the factors accompanying globalization and influencing the legal identity of an individual. The conclusion is made about the validity and expediency of establishing a framework at the level of national legislation that ensures a balance of interests between the establishment of universal (extrajurisdictional) human rights and freedoms, and the preservation of the integrity of legal systems.
