Concerning the problems of modern education in the context of lawyers'' Training

The article deals with the problems of secondary and higher education, hindering the process of development of specialists in the field of law. The authors consider the value of the linguistic system, allowing to combine language, thinking, logic, psychology and society as necessary components of lawyers' activity. Particular attention is paid to innovative and traditional methods of legal science teaching. The authors come to the conclusion that their reasonable combination is required.
