The issue of problems in Russian communication between the communicants and English

The article is devoted to the main points of dialogue systems which give the opportunity to show the true meaning of a person based on mind and willpower possibilities of endless development. The problem of understanding and excepting other people is connected with the process of self-perception. The model of “understanding (tolerant) person” and, therefore, the idea of cultural dialogue plays an important role in communication. Historically politeness was considered to be a moral side of a person. As a rule, guest was accepted as he was, without any illusion. English speaking people are often polite just on tradition but not sincerely. That’s not bad but accepted unusual by Russians. To developed tolerance for another culture through the language is one of the main core to get understanding in business and other cultural changes.
