Revisiting the problem of ethnocultural socialization of youth in modern social and cultural conditions

The article reveals the relevant issue of ethnocultural socialization of youth in modern social and cultural conditions as the main requirement for successful personal life-sustaining activity and significant regional environmental demand. The special attention is paid to the alignment of relation of conceptual field of issue of ethnocultural socialization of youth through the terms ‘ethnoculture', ‘socialization', ‘cultural socialization' etc. The components of ethnocultural socialization reflecting the peculiarities of the cultural socialization were revealed. Ethnocultural socialization is participation in the activities of social associations caused by the high level of flurry of activity in manifestation and realization of inherent initiatives in dealing with special ethnocultural problems, commitment of youth to success in social and cultural environment through ethnocultural activities. All said demands the creation of a new methodological and technological basis of youth activities in social associations and leads to the development of a complex of pedagogical conditions.
