On the issue of the problem of using a polygraph in criminal proceedings

In the article, the authors analyze the main problems of applying the results obtained using a polygraph as evidence in criminal proceedings. The foreign and domestic practice of criminal proceedings using a polygraph is presented and the prospects of its use as a means of collecting evidence in criminal proceedings are considered.
