On the issue of public interest with the prosecutor's participation of the in the arbitratral process

One of the most important area of Prosecutor’s activity in Russian Federation is participation in arbitral process. It is nessecary to improve the powers of the prosecutor and his role in the arbitration process which are reflected in the effective administration of justice. In this article, the authors examined the legal regulation of the Prosecutor's activities in Russian Federation when they exercised their powers by officials in the field of legal proceedings, as well as judicial practice, which is directly devoted to the participation of the prosecutor in the arbitratral process. The authors analyzed the existing problems of the participation of the prosecutor in court proceedings and the reasons with which these are associated, which is confirmed by the cited judicial practice.
