The article considers one of today's urgent problems - poisoning with different psychoactive substances with decease. Fatal cases of poisoning with narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances are analyzed through the prism of monitoring the drug situation in 2012-2016 in Krasnoyarsk; conclusions about the change of the drug situation structure are made on the basis of this analysis.
