On the issue of the production of separate investigative actions in the investigation of crimes in the field of drug trafficking

In the article, the author examines the procedural and criminalistic features of the search and interrogation in criminal cases in the field of drug trafficking. The activity of the investigator at the preparatory stage for choosing the place and time of production of the investigated investigative actions is analyzed, the factors influencing the tactics of production of the above investigative actions are considered. The subject of the interrogation of the suspect (accused) is considered. As a result, recommendations of an organizational and tactical nature are proposed, aimed at improving the efficiency of search and interrogation in criminal cases in the field of drug trafficking.
