On the issue of countering criminal prosecution by lawyers

The article analyzes ways to counteract criminal prosecution by unscrupulous lawyers, techniques and ways to identify and eliminate the negative consequences of such violations by using legislation and checking lawyers' documents, as well as examples of cases from court practice on the detection of violations of the law by lawyers, their detention and the occurrence of legal consequences of such actions.
