To the question about psychological competence of the teacher of economy of SPE

This article examines the psychological competence of a college lecture in the context of personality-oriented and value-based pedagogy. It is shown that, within the framework of personality-oriented and value-based pedagogy, it is advisable to bring together the concepts of «psychological competence of a college lecture» and «psychologically mature person», conceptually considering these concepts through the prism of values, the emotional-value component of a person, the ability to reflect on values.
