On the issue of psychological support for a cadet of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the formation of motivation for fire training classes

Modern methods and techniques of shooter training within the framework of psychological support of cadets and students of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs system need detailed consideration and identification of the main factors influencing the formation of motivation for fire training classes. The authors believe that the negative state of psychological formation and development of motivation of cadets and students of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs is associated with weak interest in learning theoretical and practical shooting skills, constant stress and refraction of their usual way of life upon entering the service of the Internal Affairs Ministry. The authors in their work come to the conclusion that effective methods of working with motivation, such as creating a positive image of success, systematic evaluation of results and the use of various forms of psychological support, can significantly increase the interest of cadets in training and improve their results.
