To the question of expanding the composition of sources of civil law

The article analyzes the composition of the sources of Russian civil law. The relevance and debatability of this issue, as well as the ambiguity of the term "sources of law" are noted. The issue of the need to expand the sources of modern civil law in Russia is discussed. The problem of ownership of sources of law is raised as the basis for their implementation in the daily life of citizens and society as a whole, as well as the relevance of their application in the current legislation of the country.
