On developing information-rich chat-bots in the humanitarian sphere of communication

The article is devoted to the problems of developing chat-bots, the relevance of which has increased significantly due to the ubiquity of gadgets. An overview of the main methodological and technological approaches to the creation of bot applications is given. The important role of information-rich chat-bots in the humanitarian sphere of communication and the particular complexity of their creation are noted. The need to create communication chat-bots for the adaptation of students (including foreign ones) to the educational environment of particular university and region, which is not yet in the focus of modern research, is noted. The experience of creating the content of an adaptive chat-bot for foreign students studying at the South Ural State University (SUSU) is presented. The methodology for developing the structure and dialogue content base of the adaptive chat-bot scenario, which is based on the sociological and psychological analysis of problematic adaptive markers, is described. Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of content elements are given.
