To the question about the development of the theory of systemically integrated models in domestic law

Introduction. In the context of the growing methodological problems in theoretical jurisprudence, due, inter alia, to the development of complex branches of law and intersectoral formations, the need to improve approaches due to the needs of legal practice, the importance of systemic research in jurisprudence, the formation and development of scientific ideas about systemically integrated models in jurisprudence is increasing.At present, complex studies of problems based on an analysis of the combination of these issues are practically not carried out, while the formation of integral scientific ideas about this area is of great theoretical and applied importance at the present stage of development of domestic jurisprudence. Results. The article reveals the properties of systematicity and systematization of law, the possibility of using as criteria for systematization not division into branches of law, but certain specific needs, which are the basis for building systemically integrated models. The boundaries of modeling, its significance for the development of the science of constitutional law, as well as the improvement of law enforcement and educational activities are determined. Conclusions. As a result of studying the problems defined by the title of the article, the authors came to the following conclusions: today the applied value of knowledge about the system of law is not very great, therefore, the use of needs as the basis for systematizing the norms of various branches of law allows us to determine the content and sequence of legally significant actions, their documentation, analyze data on the external environment, risks, predict the results of possible collisions between the carriers of needs, and this approach allows the formation of supra-industry, industry, sub-industry, institutionalsystemically integrated models in jurisprudence, the development of this direction presupposes the formation of general theoretical ideas about such modeling, the identification of patterns and methods of system integration of the models under consideration, the determination of their boundaries and the degree of universalization, the possibility of their generalization and typological characteristics, this direction may be of particular interest for the national science of state law.
