To the question of implementation of constitutional principles in labor relationships

In this article, the author discusses problems in regulation in labor relationships from the view of constitutional equality between subjects of law. The Constitute of the Russian Federation was analyzed by the author not only from point of view of defending employee’s rights. It was analyzed from the employer’s view too. The author has considered the scientists’ positions and in conclusion, the author realized that the researches could be better. The author notices spaces in the law suggests solving these troubles by changing acts of the legislature. Also in the article is analyzed law enforcement is an example of controversial points. In the end, the author considered about results of the research.
