New legal symbols (on the example of France and Russia)

The article is a continuation of the study of historical and legal symbols, the attribute of which is a change of status: the transition from legal, enshrined in legislation, to legal, not having such a consolidation, but recognized as state-legal values, and vice versa. Examples of historical and legal symbols that have recently received legislative consolidation are given; their signs are characterized.
