To the issue of reforming of the investigative body and legal form of pre-trial proceeding in a criminal case

The article considers one of the ways of reforming of the preliminary investigation. It is suggested to create the unified and indivisible prosecutive jurisdiction of the state, to recover in full the procedural powers in supervision of the pretrial criminal proceedings to a prosecutor, to make deformalization of the pretrial activity in preparing of a criminal charge.
