Considering the issue of word-formation of the modern Russian language (functional and cognitive aspect)

The article deals with the characterization of the modern Russian language. The issues of systemacity of word-formation are analyzed from the functional and cognitive perspective. There is considered the word-formation meaning of the word as a basic object where the different aspects of the concretization of the global concept in the process of speech communication are reflected.
