On the issue of mixed education in physical education and sports classes at the university

It is said about the implementation of the blended learning model in the process of mastering the discipline "Elective Courses in Physical Culture and Sports" at the university, to improve the quality of education in the context of the pandemic. Existing blended learning models are considered, the effectiveness of using the blended learning model is discussed. The results of the study conducted at the Baltic Federal University named after Immanuel Kant are described, as well as the features of the organization of mixed forms of education at the university are revealed and some recommendation on the results of the study are proposed.
