On the correlation of private and public law principles in civil law

The presented scientific work reveals the problems of civil law, which do not lose their relevance over time. The author has analyzed the elements of private and public law in the current legislation, examined the approaches of civil lawyers to the issue in question. According to the results of the study the conclusions are drawn.
