On the question of relationship of law and justice

The work is devoted to the study of the correlation between the categories of law and justice. The opinions of scientists and researchers on the definition of these concepts, their essence are analyzed. For many years, the discourse on the relationship between law and justice has been conducted among scientists, both philosophers and lawyers. Numerous opinions about the relationship of the concepts under consideration have undergone changes over time, in connection with the development of society as a whole. It is concluded that these categories are not identical, do not cover each other completely, but the existence of one without the other is impossible.
