To the question of protection to character and degree of danger of assault

In given article the author considers substantial and application features of criteria of legitimacy of institute of necessary defense. The author analyzes problems of realization of the right to necessary defense and complexity of an appropriate legal estimation. As a result the author offers updating of operating edition of item 37 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation.
