On perfection of the expert estimation criteria of craniocereberal trauma which has arisen due to falling on the plane

Results ofjudicial-medical study of cadavers of persons died as a result of a craniocereberal trauma at falling on a plane for the period of 2003-2006 years are given in the article. The aim of the study was perfection of criteria of an expert estimation of craniocereberal trauma mechanism which have arisen at falling of the victim on a plane, by reconstruction of circumstances of a trauma on the basis of uniform analysis algorithm of some physical parameters and morphological features skull and brain damages. It was established that for the decision of questions on size of force of impact by a head in spontaneous falling victim from height of own growth on a surface of the certain rigidity and sizes of the force necessary for formation of concrete damage following initial data are required: age, weight and length of the victim body, thickness and curvature of skull bones in a point of the force application, character of bones damage, characteristics of impact surface rigidity.
