To the question of modern problems of realization of the right to work in the Russian Federation

Practice of labor legal relationship in the Russian Federation is accompanied by risks of various offenses, as from the employer, and the worker. The right to work is one of the constitutional, economic human rights. It means that each person has the right to work, choose work, has a right of defense from unemployment, to comfortable working conditions, worthy for the person and his family remuneration for labor functions. The revealed current problems of realization of a right to work in modern Russia are presented in article and versions of their decisions are offered.
