To the issue about means of professional adaptation of young teachers

The article discusses the issues of adaptation of novice teachers in the educational environment of a professional educational organization. The problems of adaptation of young teachers are highlighted. As one of the means of adaptation, the indirect influence of the participation of leaders of student self-government in the preparation and conduct of classes by young teachers and the development of their professional competencies is shown. An important aspect is the use of modern educational technologies that contribute to the formation of a unified picture of the world among students in the development of various subject areas. The application of gaming technologies, the integration of subjects of natural science and economic cycles and technology of project activities in teaching are described. Student participation in the preparation of classes is presented as a form of informal mentoring “student - teacher”. This form is an aspect of an innovative approach to the professional adaptation of young teachers. The pedagogical conditions are highlighted that contribute to the creation of the tandem “student - young teacher” in order to achieve a holistic perception of the educational material by students in the process of training sessions, as a necessary prerequisite for the formation of their natural science worldview.
