On the structure of contractual relation in the system of logistics of Russia MIA

Purpose: To build a model legal framework of contractual relations between the parties in the implementation of the mechanism of logistics in the Russian Interior Ministry. Methodology: We used the formal legal and comparative methods, analysis, synthesis. Results: built structure of legal model of contractual relations in the system of logistics Ministry of Interior Affairs of Russia. Obtained «simple» and «complex» structure of the contractual relationships that are dependent on the types of contracts concluded. Novelty/Originality/Value: The structure of contractual relations has a significant organizational impact on the macroeconomic situation in the country, underscoring the significance of the structure of these relations and mediating its legal form. Building a legal model facilitates the study and further analysis of this phenomenon.
